Our Commitment to the Herd

Your Trust is Our Foundation

At Nashville Riding Co., we value your privacy as much as we value our horses. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us as we build this community together. By joining our "Launch List" or interacting with our site, you agree to the practices described here.

what we gather and why

When you "Join the Launch List" through our web form, we collect:

  • Identity Data: Your name, so we can greet you personally.

  • Contact Data: Your email address, so we can send you launch updates and farm news.

  • Preference Data: Your specific interests (e.g., Discovery & Growth, Horizon Programs) so we can build the programs the community needs most.

  • Connection Data: Any stories or accessibility needs you choose to share in our open-ended "What would make the farm feel like home?" section.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to grow and manage Nashville Riding Co. This includes:

  • Notifying you of our official launch and pilot program dates.

  • Sharing stories from the farm and volunteer opportunities.

  • Reaching out to individuals who expressed interest in Founding Partnerships.

  • We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Where Your Data Lives

To provide a seamless experience, we use secure third-party tools to process your information:

  • Typeform: To securely collect your form responses.

  • Wix: To host our website and digital home.

  • Email Service Providers: To deliver our newsletters and updates. Each of these partners has their own high standards for data security and privacy.

You Are in Control

You have the right to change your mind at any time.

  • Unsubscribe: Every email we send includes a clear "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom.

  • Data Deletion: If you would like us to permanently delete your information from our records, simply email us at privacy@nashvilleriding.org.
